This visit is dedicated to getting to know you, the client, as well as Andrea, the Dietitian. A full health history will be reviewed, current nutrition concerns and questions will be discussed, and finally, create goals together for success. We will work together to ensure you can achieve your health goals.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours. Anything after 24 hours will be charged the full price for the appointment.
